Marybeth was incredible! Communication was constant, honest and extremely helpful. They did all the hard work for us. Everything was on our timetable. They made us extremely comfortable with the entire process.
They gave great advice, but allowed us to make all decisions on our own. They answered all questions (I had a lot) quickly, and explained everything so I could understand it. Any last minute decisions I changed, or second guessed, they handled with grace, kindness, honesty and did so quickly. Everything was kept on schedule thanks to them. They even picked up needed documents and delivered them to another office when I was not able to. I felt like we all were more of a team getting everything done on a tight timeline. I hope to not move again, but will definitely use them if I do. I recommend them to everyone I know buying or selling!
