When I first met Ann, back in 2013 when the market was not as hot as now, I was in the process of remodeling and making additions to three houses.  She stopped by one and convince me to show her the other two.  In no time the three of them were sold at the number I had in mind and from there on I would not consider working with anybody else. Ann provides the kind of service nobody else in the industry does. As an example, she once did the caulking on the front door of a house that was supposed to be finished to have it in good shape for a showing next morning. She has always been right on her market assertion, and I must admit that I was wrong when thought differently.
