Meet Wendy
Realtor®Wendy Ruehlmann offers clients more than 20 years of experience in real estate sales and appraisals. Her early career included work with a mortgage brokerage firm, where she assisted clients with new home purchases and refinancing. In 1999, Wendy became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and spent 14 years running her own appraisal company. At the same time, she was a private real estate investor—buying, renovating, building, and selling single-family homes across Cincinnati. Wendy earned her real estate license in 2015 in order to share her love and knowledge of residential real estate with others, and is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky.
